Rosaline

This Peruvian restaurant in West Hollywood is what decor dreams are made of. It’s light and open, with beautiful greenery hanging from the ceiling, and a menu featuring everything from ceviche to Peruvian-inspired egg dishes for brunch. There is a stunning private patio that holds up to 12 people and can be rented out for the perfect baby shower.

Bottega Louie

In the heart of downtown LA, this cavernous French-American space features a beautiful dining room (it seats 255 people). There isn’t a private space, but it’s roomy enough that booking a big table won’t be an issue. The clincher? There’s a patisserie in the front that bakes an incredible selection of fresh macarons, tarts, cakes, and cupcakes daily, so you can call ahead and have your dessert of choice readymade in-house.

Malibu Winery

If a more casual picnic-style shower is what you’re envisioning, look no further than Malibu Winery. You can bring your own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages, and friends and family members who would like an adult beverage can sample the winery’s vino. There’s admission cost, just a minimum of one bottle to purchase for every group of 4 people. The icing on the cake is the outdoor environment that’s simply beautiful on a sunny afternoon.

Salt Air

Right on Abbot Kinney, the Venice Beach mainstay Salt Air is a decor maven’s dream space. It’s white and clean, with pops of greenery and ample skylights to bring in the sunshine. There are two options here for private parties - the private dining room, and the outdoor patio. Each can be booked for your shower, and hold 12 for a seated meal or 25 for standing cocktails and appetizers.

Osteria Mozza

An absolute LA mainstay, Osteria Mozza has some of the best pasta around. They also have a private dining room that can seat 24 guests at a long, central table. If you buy out the adjoining patio, you can fit even more ladies. If the food is really important to you, this Italian spot cannot be beat for quality.

Wolfgang Puck restaurant at Hotel Bel-Air

We file this spot under “legendary LA spaces that we return to each time we visit.” Not only are the grounds of the luxe Hotel Bel-Air incredibly beautiful to wander, but the restaurant is simply lovely for a baby shower brunch on the patio.

Cassia

We fell for the combination of bright and cheery decor and modern Southeast Asian food at this East LA hot spot. What we also love is that there are multiple options for areas where you can host your shower. The Family Table is a central communal table that holds 10-14 guests, and there is also a private dining room that holds 20 people, if your group is a little bit bigger.

Connie and Ted’s

We call this spot “New England by way of LA.” Both casual and chill, Connie and Ted’s is an all-seafood restaurant that’s reminiscent of your favorite Maine seafood joint in summer. The private patio holds up to 16, and they offer family-style meals that your whole group can share.
